By booking with PS Event Hire, the customer agrees to the following terms. Full payment or deposit is required to secure bookings. Hired equipment remains the responsibility of the customer during the hire period, including any loss or damage. Outdoor cinema and LED screen hire services are weather dependent, and unsafe weather conditions may result in cancellation or rescheduling. Suitable power access and clear setup space must be provided unless a generator is hired. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations. PS Event Hire is not responsible for delays, weather interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. By using our services, customers agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our team.
